Twrp and philz is best for moto g for advance task.
Clock work mod is OK for basic ROM flashing

Used twrp and cwm. Both backed up my phone but couldn't restore data. Philz says not compatible with my device. What version of cwm or twrp are being used. Xt1032 aio version. For right now I'm enjoying xposed on the moto g.

Xt1032 us.aio.en is different from standard 1032. I used twrp it allows installation of it. It doesn't back up data. I also tried unified version of cm11 it just bootloops. Crickets moto g even though a xt1032 was unlockable while others were unlocked easily. The build also has umts in its name. All the recoveries from cwm to twrp only backed up system and boot but failed at data. I'll post pictures a little later of the recoveries I'm using and the errors I get.
