    Hi from NY

Stumbled apon your website looking up information to flash my Droid 2 Global to cricket.. Think I'll probably go pay to get it done locally since it seems quite different than flashing a rom. Looking forward to learning more with my stay here and hopefully with a bit of luck and reading; someday I might flash my own. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, if do try yourself please remember you need to remove the sim before flashing. There are some guides here that could help you.

Thanks. Wow, good thing you told me that too because I was screwing with it and didnt even remove the sim card ;O

Right now Im kinda stuck on the Prl or w/e and the calling cricket customer service for the MIN and stuff.. I've been reading and following the Droid 2 tutorial since I have a Droid 2 Global.. I might just stick with my original idea and take it in since I have to talk to cricket customer service ANYWAY lol.

just found this a few days ago. i recently bricked my Out of Warranty droid 2 global by trying to SBF (downgrade my software) thru RSD lite. Motorola was nice enough to reflash free of charge, but i found this on another forum the same night i received my device via FedEx. check it out. pretty cool stuff in case you brick your device.
