    Long Overdue Hello

Hey folks. I'm Mike from Raleigh, NC. I own an Epic 4G, hence my username EpicMike. I was with Sprint back in August of 2011, ended service the next month (well within the grace period to avoid breaking a 2 year contract), and simply paid for the phone outright. I joined Cricket soon after and bought the cheapest phone they had, a ZTE TXTM8T. I still have it, and I still hate it. But it sends and receives calls and texts, which I guess is most important. But basically, yeah I carry around two phones, the TXTM8T and the Epic 4G which I use an android and wifi device.

I have talked to Cricket about flashing the Epic 4G to Cricket, but each store tells me they can do it but with one thing missing (its always different per store). One store yes but with data missing, another yes but with text missing, etc. But they ALL say if the flash fails for whatever reason, they won't reflash it for FREE, I'd have to pay each time. So, here I am, hoping I can figure out how to flash the phone myself. My phone is already rooted, which was an...interesting process to say the least but I am glad I went through it.

    In any case...hello!

Thanks. I'm just curious as to when agents are online. Seems no matter what time I come here there are never any agents online, according to the status at the bottom right (always between 10-12 Online Visitors, though). Would I have to set up an appointment?
