    we are not allowed to give our exact location. but since you have some idea about my location lets just leave it that way.. alright

    because its my job on the line if i give my location..^^,
    i just wanted to help cricket users and going for an extra mille 4 my job, and also i want to learn new ways and things for cricket.. that i know you can provide guys. right!

    I totally understand. I've tried to ask customer service representatives for their location on the phone before and they gave me the same reason you did.

    It's nice to see that you're trying to reach out and help others. Are you accessing this site from work or on your own time at home?

    i do them both actually.. if i have my free time @ home i go online and check here.. but most of the times im @ work.. like right now.. hehe

    So they will fire you for telling people where you are located, but not for getting on a public site and posting information during work hours? Seems odd.

    Fact is it's public knowledge that the biggest customer call center for Cricket is in the Philippines, so why do they care? Dumb

    But hey you didn't tell us right?

    So do you get as frustrated with CID as us dealers do? I can only imagine it sooo fun to say "Sorry, our system is down" over and over again.

    well i said im doing it @ work not while working..hehe and about the location well.. what u see is what u get, and about CID problems, well that is a one hell of a problem that we need to face everyday. and all i can say is " God please help us"

    I could use some help.

    I recently aquired a Sprint EVO ??06100 it was flashed to cricket before I got it and has recently been programed to my cricket account. Well the phone no longer gets any internet asides from WiFi. Is this because my EVO is 4G and cricket offers only 3G in my area? Thanks for your time and consideration. CMFWB
