No. Say u have a someone's #. U can have 3g but u won't be able make calls. Now if u mean that u have an unlocked phone with no carrier. If it has a cdma signal. It will work with cricket. If both answers don't work for u. Explain what hell ur trying to tell us. Thank

Just wanted to add my 2 cents here..
I just flashed a Sprint Note 3 to Cricket using the S3 method but there was a small pesky difference that had to be included but isn't needed for the S3.
When flashing the Note 3 via DFS you need to use the spc AND the 16 digit Samsung Note 3 password in order to flash the NAM and DATA tabs (password field is right next to spc field in dfs).
So if you're trying and it won't stick.. that may be what you need. Give it a shot.

    Good luck, all.

Also if using a kit kat rom.. the mms can be tricky to figure out..
I got MMS working via an easy fix by installing "APN settings shortcut" from the play store. Using that I was able to create a new APN and activate it using the normal cricket apn setting info.
    Good luck all.
