    GALAXY Note 3 SM-N9005

    HI
    I have GALAXY Note 3 SM-N9005
    I just switched to cricket GSM network .. but i'm not getting 4G ... the phone showing H+ and i do have LTE/WCDMA/GSM option
    any ideas why i'm not getting 4G ???
    is there anything can fix this problem ?

    i don't think you have access to the Cricket 4g in your area with that specific device. i may be wrong. .

    • 4GLTE (800 / 850 / 900 / 1,800 / 2,100 / 2,600MHz) dependent on market

    Yes there is 4G in my area.. we do have access
    and i tried the APN settings ... still getting H+ instead of 4G
    No luck

    If it is the at&t version, you will get lte. At&t uses a different frequency for lte than all the other players. My at&t note 2 picks up lte just fine.
