    MMS issue on GSM Cricket

I have HTC Rezound and M8 and both have MMS issues (doesnt send or receive). All APN settings are set ( same APN settings work on GS4 from Verizon) but no luck with GSM devices.

I'm publishing a video tonight about the Verizon HTC One Max.

I think a lot of Verizon LTE devices have issues with MMS because of what something Verizon must have done on purpose. They probably asked for their device to be set in a way that yes it is unlocked, but MMS won't work without modifying the build.prop or other files.

Easiest way around this for me has been GoSMS.
Please check the forum and post there before PMing me. I have over 674 unread PMs due to the fact that they are issues which should have been addressed here.

If you need to buy something from (Ebay), please use this LINK every time and support the forum!

We're talk about GSM here. I'm thinking that address will always be used for the CDMA system.

We just switched all our phones (5) from verizon and 1 from ATT. All phones mms are working perfectly except mine. My phone is the lumia 928. Others are iphone5s. The one from ATT is the lumia 1020. Anyway.... I have input the apn settings from the other thread and still have no media message capability.

You briefly mentioned in one of your videos that apn settings for a verizon phone need something different from the normal settings. Could you send or post these please.

Otherwise, will this GoSMS resolve this issue?
    Thanks

I'm pretty sure they hard programmed something in the device. Seems typical of Verizon.

Since it's not an Android device, I wouldn't know where to begin. A long time ago I tried to find an MMS program for Windows Mobile that would let you manually set the MMSC, but I couldn't find one.

GoSMS is for Android... need to find some thing similar for Windows...

I posted the ATT APN settings that are working on my Razr M in the other topic. For people having problems this is what I would try first.

Thanks guys. I will try gsdreams idea... if that doesn't work, I read elsewhere that possibly a hard reset of the phone may change the internal "hidden" settings to the ones that cricket uses.

I will let you know what happens.
