Then the person who inputted your EVO under your cricket account failed to do so, call them again and have them input you ESN/MEID under your account. After that, it should work after that

na, mine is set to "HUAWEI M865" and works fine, it's possible they didn't put in the ESN/MEID correctly. I'd suggest having them read it back to you off your account and you verify it against the one printed on your phone.

Yeah, I'd try another PRL, shouldn't harm your flash at all, but to be safe, I'd suggest backing up your current PRL before loading a new one via QPST. There's nothing worse than making your problem worse than it already is and not have a backup to roll back to.

When you "save to file", it'll spit out 2 files, one is the settings for the phone, other is the prl

    Hm?
QPST you'd need to install, the prl and config file, it'll ask where you want to save them

Using APN backup/restore app to do it? Also, did you wipe existing apns before restoring it?

ok i have a similar problem to kanis. I did all the flashing instructions. I followed everything to the T. I had working talk and text. My wifi is working also. The problem is, When i turn off wifi I have no data. I don't have any 3g icon or anything popping up. I did the alt method for internet because i couldn't do the greenk due to not having a 3g icon. I don't have mms either. I am on the $45 dollar plan and followed everthing can someone tell me what is wrong. I have jiminy rom and have all steps completed. Thanks
