    Front camera

I've had this evo for three days that I got at my local cricket dealer. My front facing camera doesn't work and I was wondering if its a hardware issue or something went wrong with the flashing process

Flashing would have absolutely NOTHING whatsoever to do with the front camera.

If it's a.custom rom then.that could be the case, some roms force close only with the front.camera. also it.could.be the itself, could of been refurbished and they didn't clip the camera right or its missing completely. LOL trust me it.happens.

What Oriax123 said, the FFC is kinda hard to miss when you split the case. Perhaps it's flex cable is loose/not connected correctly. These things happen all the time, I forget to put the earpiece speaker back when I swap front panels on EVOs, haha.

I'd suggest taking it back to your dealer to see what options are available to you before anything. Other than that, split the case and check the flex cable yourself if you're comfortable doing that kind of work.
