Last year they pushed 35013 to my phone when I did *228 in NC. I changed it to 32100 last night & got 3g back. Can't say if they're still pushing 3XXXX anymore.

Which PRL worked best for you when you installed and tested each one?

Cricket 35568 and Sprint 60681 is one got to day from a customer and decide to help myself. Ping 166. Down 385. Upload 226.

They are pretty similar to each other. I hope these help you out in some way. I will love you guy would leave me Speed test results.
Finally got around to trying and fix my lack of 3G service in Corpus Christi. I used the Cricket 35568 and Sprint 60680.prl that you posted. Glad to say I got 3G working and full bars, previously only had 1 maybe 2 at home. I ran mobile speed test was 909.091 kbps on a 100kb test, this was using mobilespeedtest.com. Using the speedtest.net app I got these results: 207ms ping, 380kbps down and 431kbps up. Heck of a lot better than 1x.

    Thanks for your post.

Hey can I have that prl. If yes, go to coma and connect. After that go to "other" and under prl. Instead of write u read. Please post it and thanks.

To answers ur question in CDMA WS or QPST: in cdma under other tab and write. QPST : under roam tab, roaming prl open than write to phone.

ok I redid everything all over. I am able to do the *228 and it has completed successfully. I have prl 35225. I still have no 3g....I am very frustrated as I keep redoing this and the end result is the same.. oh I also have the 2.3.3 gingerbread rom 4.24.651.1-deodex-20110712-signed.zip

I also programmed the apn info using this site
How to: Cricket APN Settings Android iPhone EVO Droid Blackberry | MMS WAP 3G Settings

I tried the other way by modifying the cricket.xml file and everytime I would delte apn and then restore I kept getting an error.

as for the internet with anycut proxy settings. I tried that with no avail. I have switched different roms and prls quite a few times still the same result. I can call and I can text but no internet and no mms. I am not sure what I left out but I will be on this all day lookng for help or tips so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

edit: oh does anyone have a prl for the kentucky area?? everything i try seems to give me no 3g.

.....then your PRL is working. If you are out somewhere and cant make or receive a call then try a hybrid PRL.

I messed with APN's for a while but finally ended up doing the following on my Dinc. I did away with APN's and installed SQLlite.apk and edited the APN info i wanted directly into the telephony.db file. This is where the APN info writes itself to anyway. Below is the info i wrote into the file. The mms protocol is 2 and the mms proxy is blank ...for me. MNC=016 is a cricket number, 000 is generic(i think), 004 is verizon?? and im not sure that number has any effect on anything. In order for the stock messaging settings to be "non-greyed out", i would set the APN type to "default, mms" instead of "mms"

And if you are using Greenk45 you will need to disable it for MMS to work and enable it to get data/internet to work. mraabhimself is working on the greenk45 fix.

    APN Count= 1
    APN: Production
    Numeric: 310016
    Proxy: wap.mycricket.com
    Port: 8080
    Username: yourphonenumber@mycricket.com
    Password : cricket
    Server: wap.mycricket.com
    MMSC:
    http://mms.mycricket.com/servlets/mms

    MMS Proxy:
    MMS Port: 8080
    MCC: 310
    MNC: 016
    MMSPROTOCOL: 2.0
    APN type: mms

ok well I am not sure exactly what i did but what I remember is I installed a different rom redid all the steps and was able to find a prl that gave me 3g....its not that fast but it does work....my only real issue now is trying to get mms working. every time I use the apn backup apk thing and input my mobile number and save it seems to bring back an error everytime I try to restore apn. Is there another medthod or is that one fool proof

You might try installing a "signal strength" apk and install all the PRL's here and see which one give the best signal.

    Here is another mms possibility.
