Use cdma workshop and under the same place where you would load a prl click read and save it to your destination

Does anybody have / using a "steady 3G" PRL for the Philadelphia area.

Now using: 45613CricketUsersCom right now - txt and talk Good - 3g is very unstable.

They are like Honda Accords. One is LX and one is EX . They both can drive you around town. But one may drive better in poor terrain and the other drive better in rush hour traffic.

P.S. Any Cricket PRL works on any CDMA phone set up for cricket. Any Verizon PRL works on any CDMA phone set up for verizon. Any Sprint PRL works on any CDMA phone set up for sprint. Some PRL's work better than others depending where you live, phone specs, etc...

Thanks for posting results. What speeds are you getting with the other 45751 hybrids?

    I ran the 45751/11121 prl this morning ($55 plan in Houston/non-aws, Dinc x/CM7) and got ping-203ms D-1897kbps U-446kbps , 3G and Data working here.

    Need a Better PRL - 45553

I am a bit noob when it comes to programming phones but I think I am starting to get it worked out. I flashed an EVO 4G to cricket.

Everything seems to work ok except I can't get 3G data speeds. I think my PRL is the problem. The PRL I am looking for is 45553 for Charleston SC area. That is the PRL on my friends Cricket Huawei M865 but I can't seem to figure out how to pull it from that phone.

I am currently using 42900/61085 and I get the equivalent of 1x.

I wish I could figure out how to write my own PRL, it seems if i could combine the right PRL's I can get fast data and Voice. Always end up with one or the other with every other PRL I have tried. Please if anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated.

    35552.prl
    45552 (Pulled from Mercury 8.13.12) Pittsburgh Market.prl

These are two Pittsburgh PRLs I pulled. The 45552 was pulled from a Mercury after programming it today straight out of the box. The 35552 was from a flashed sprint phone I did *228 on just to get the updated PRL for it. I'm not sure why one is 3 and one is 4 when the time I pulled them was relatively close. I don't think they change the PRLs that quick, also speaking in general for being a android device, because I have Samsung Comments that get updated and get other PRLs.

I got that, I know how to change my PRL, I need to know how to edit and PRL and/or Combine two different PRL's. With my limited understanding I am hoping that I can limit data to one portion of prl and Voice/SMS to another portion.
