oh now you are making me blush.
ok so this isnt just for the $45 plan it works for paygo aswell that i can garentee ive done it more than a couple times and i only use paygo myself.
this made my modded droid rom worthless lol i added rommanager, autostart.apk and u2nl into the rom so all that was needed was the autostart.sh file and fix permissions with rommanager.

Seeing so many have success with this app gives me hope. However, I cannot get it to work on my Evo 4G. First off, it acts like my touch screen doesn't work when this app is running. I have to tap multiple times and it reacts slugishly when I do. Plus, I've shut down and restarted my phone so many times it cannot possibly be a need to reboot 4 times. Can anyone give me a hand?

cant really give a hand because i havnt been able to figure out how the sdk and stuff works. ill get it sometime maybe. but i had an idea have you tryed scriptrunner instead of autostart. ive done a couple androids that autostart wouldnt work right but script runner would.

Not too sure how the Evo is supposed to work, but I'm new at this and I have only tried it on the droid 1 and X and seems to work fine.

    evo 4g on 2.3

Okay lets get the record straight about the evo 4g on 2.3.
The 2.3 ota kills your root, unless you have s=off.
So if you dont have root, i dont think you can get mms working, at least in metro.
Also I dont know if maybe this app needs root to run.
Another thing about the fellow that cant get epst or ##data# on their phone, flash back to stock rom.
Some roms dont have the tools required to program your phone, i recommend themikmik if you want to run a really really fast custom stock rom.
That one has epst and everything still there.

Red face THANKS for this incredible utility!

I had spent close to 2 weeks off and on trying to get my Internet to work, until I found this utility! I had flashed my EVO with Jiminy, a Gingerbread with Dethsled recommended changes, and used the APN recoveries and manual edits from various posts on the web. I only had talk and text until I ran this utikity.

Now I just need to find a PRL that will let me use the phone outside of the Tulsa area without asking for collect fees or using my roaming funds when I am in a 'cricket' area. Having faster internet would be a plus as well, so I will now start experimenting with PRLs.

Wow I'm glad you got your phone going. It took me measly a week non stop trying around 10 different 2.3.4 roms for the Droid 1 before finding one that I was able to get everything working with every time.

As for prl did you try the hybrid yet I put it on everything I can now

Is this supposed to work on the HTC Hero for Sprint? Because the remove button is not clickable and the internet does not work still. Thanks for the help.
