Unhappy Cricket customer care preventing flashing

I've been trying to flash my phone over to cricket nearly all day, I finally get to the point in which I can call in and start a new service and the operators are giving me the run around. The first few times they continuously told me that I couldn't use a flashed phone on their service, I would just have to buy a Cricket phone. I waited a few hours and called back now their saying that I cant just start a plan over the phone I have to go into a corporate store and have them flash it for me. Has anyone else heard of this problem, do you guys have any suggestions? I just want my phone flashed over and a service started I've been trying to do this all day and now this

If you're trying to start service with a flashed phone, it is better to go to a local dealer and do it there. Support you local dealers.

correct, you cannot start a plan with a flashed phone with customer care. you must do it at a cricket owned corporate store, otherwise talk to your local dealer!

only corporate stores can actually flash phones, and only in some places. it is not available everywhere. this website provides phone flashing services just click on "site services" at the top of the forum and click on "online store"
