    Small issue with the ZIO

My phone has been sending multiple copies of text/mms msgs to people... and i'm not the only one this is happening to... any suggestions?
I've tried dialing *228 numerous times and 99% of the time I get "We're sorry, your phone cannot be activated at this time........blah blah blah"
I have an open elevated ticket with cricket and for 2 weeks they haven'r been able to fix the problems with the phone(above & intermittent no data connection, mms saying "sending" for days at a time and even saying sent but never going thru)
They better fix the problem is ll i can say, and i'll be da#@ed if I pay for it until it gets fixed

It may be time for a new phone. How long have you had your phone?

    Cheers

No, this is WRONG. You do not need a new device, just give it a little time it should go away, if not visit a Corportate store or Premiere with Service store and see what they can do to help.
