    Voicemail notification not working

I'm having an issue with the VM notification on my Epic 4G. Namely, I never get one. On my previous phone (a Droid X) the little tape icon would pop up in the notification bar, but on the Epic nothing happens and I have to call the VM system to check for new messages. I do have Handcent installed, but I have wiped the cache and it didn't help. I've also had the store delete and recreate my voicemail box. I'm running CleanGB, if it makes a difference.

Can anyone help? Everything else works fine, but this is my business line so I need it to tell me when I have messages.

So.... I did some research on this through the forums, looks like the VM notifier is a known issue (at least on the epic), and from the information I went though looks like they are installing a VM notifier apk. Me personally, I would just go with Google Voice (which I am Currently using on my X2) and save yourself the trouble.

    Anyone else have any thoughts?
