    MMS.apk Help

I flashed my Droid 2 over to cricket and they told me I had to have this MMS app to do pictures and videos through text...

Well, I couldn't turn the stupid notifications off of the thing and there were no settings to make it less ugly, so I deleted it.

No big deal. I backed up the file, but now it won't let me install. I've tried downloading the app from cricket, XDA and several other places, but I either get a parsing error, or it will open but not install...

Is there any way around this app or any way to get the crap back on my phone without going into the store?

Use root explorer to manually put it into /system/app and then change permissions.

I would prefer to not have to root my phone just yet. Any other options?

They rooted it already most likely.
