Try to use the stock hotspot. Also try to remove any security. Make sure your IP address isn't set to static on the computer you're trying to connect.
Please check the forum and post there before PMing me. I have over 674 unread PMs due to the fact that they are issues which should have been addressed here.

That Definitely works! THANKS ALOT! (Clicked One!) Now for everyone else you have to go to TOOLS THEN INTERNET OPTIONS, Next Go to Connections Tab, Then Lan Settings at the bottom (THIS IS FOR INTERNET EXPLORER MAY BE DIFFERENT ON OTHER BROWSERS) Input what Valentinoh says in the post above for Proxy and Port.... (PROBLEM SOLVED!)

You don't need to post your problem in another thread when you already have an active thread on the subject. Please don't do this again. Thanks.

One thing I've noticed is that on regular speedtest with my android it gives me 650kbps down / 1000kbps up. But whenever I tether my phone to the computer I get much slower upload speeds like 170kbps. The download is still the same but why would the speed ever change?
