    Re: ICS MMS APNS for Droid X Cricket???

    Nice for those who use stock mms app. I started using GoSMS Pro personally for plugins and theming.

    My work on the CDMA Cricket S3 and S4 are now obsolete. Thanks for all the support when I was actively working on them!

    One thing to remember though, There are different APN settings depending on which plan you are on. The $45 plan has a certain set of APNS, As does the $50 Smart, $55 plan ect. So you need to find the APN's for the exact plan that you are on.

    Here are the APN's for the $45 and $50 Smart plans.

    <apns version="7">
    <apn carrier="Cricket" mcc="310" mnc="016" apn="45Value" user="5555555555@mycricket.com" password="cricket" server="wap.mycricket.com" mmsc="http://mms.mycricket.com/servlets/mms" mmsproxy="wap.mycricket.com" mmsport="8080" proxy="wap.mycricket.com" port="8080" authtype="3" type="default,mms"/>
    <apn carrier="Cricket" mcc="310" mnc="016" apn="50Smart" user="5555555555@mycricket.com" password="cricket" mmsc="http://mms.mycricket.com/servlets/mms" mmsport="8080" authtype="3" type="default,mms"/>
    </apns>

    This setup has worked GrEaT for me on ICS & my GB Roms.
    Also I normally use the program AnyCut to gain access to APN's as APN Backup & Restore does not always work on ICS. Seems to vary from Rom to Rom.

    apn name= Cricket
    apn= cricket
    Proxy= not set ( Set to wap.mycricket.com if net does not work )
    Port= not set (Set to 8080 if net does not work)
    Username= 5555555555@mycricket.com ( 5555555555 represents your phone number! )
    Password= cricket
    Server= not set
    MMSC= http://mms.mycricket.com/servlets/mms?x-Cricket-MDN=5555555555 (No space between = & your number!)
    MMS proxy= not set
    MMS port= 8080
    MCC= 310
    MNC= 004
    Authentication type= PAP or CHAP (Worked also with None as the setting but TXT\MMS seemed to be faster with pap or chap)
    APN type= default,supl,mms
    APN protocol= IPv4
    Bearer= Unspecified

    Edit : I am using this on the $55 Unlimited plan (Should work on any plan that includes data, if not edit the Proxy, port & Server settings.)
