    Will droid x update make me lose my flash

    If I update my droid x to .621 will I lose my flash to cricket. Thanks

    Haven't done this one, but if I had to guess it would be a yes, if not all possibly a partial loss, minimum you would have to redo your APN's. At max you would have to reflash the phone. I have never done an OTA update except for before a flash, (or SBF, do all the updates, and then re flash, I like to upgrade clean) so I'm not 100%. Anyone else care to comment?

    I have the Droid x as well as my evo, both flashed to cricket. I always do the ota's on the Droid x and it doesn't loose the flash but after the first one it did un-root. I don't need the root on my x so I'm ok with doing that. =]

    My phone isn't rooted either, just flashed. Did you update your droidx to this latest update mystery blank?
