Keep in mind I am NOT a representative of CricketUsers, but I would assume that the CDMA programming portion will be retained. If you are on the $55 android plan, you could lose MMS. If you are on the $45 plan, depending how the proxy was implemented, you may need to find means of using proxy to connect (u2nl/autostart, u2nl/init.d, greenk45, etc.) and you could lose MMS.

Worst case scenario, you would need to set your APN's and setup proxy again. Factory resetting has absolutely nothing to do with the CDMA programming required to use Cricket's network.

tl;dr; yes, you will lost 1/3 - 2/3 of functionality depending on your plan & configuration. Talk/text will still work...

    1 - talk/text
    2 - web/data
    3 - MMS

As long as you don't downgrade your radio version then you're fine.
