    Do not use dropbox app

Honestly I downloaded dropbox for additional space. It works, however it runs heavily in the background. My traffic manager said I used 55% of my 2.5gb and when it showed me what was using my data, it said: Tapatalk 1%.
    Twitter 2%
Kik 1% (and other apps etc.)
    DropBox 56%!
I immediately deleted it. Ill just use it on the browser from now on.

well, i firmly believe phone companies subsidize/advertise/support apps that use a lot of data. It's a kick back racket.

Idk. I turned off auto sync & background data...yet it was constantly telling me "Camera upload interrupted. Please charge battery to continue" and I didn't realize it was still running 24/7. Idk what it was.

if you still want to use dropbox or something else like it you could always use an app that you can set to block certain connection types for other apps. i use avast mobile security, there is an option to block 3g, wifi, and roaming of all your other apps, picking what it should block for each individual app. this is also helpfull at blocking many adds in those apps, especially when network connectivity serves no other real purpose in that app

    1. Thanks for the info. But that part at the end was unnecessary. I mean seriously, crying wolf? No I just misunderstood a situation and wanted to prevent others from having my same problem. So hmmm attempting to be helpful > "crying wolf". 2. Have a nice day

Some people don't understand helping other people because they never practice it...

I only removed it because it's yet another app eating up my Vitality's pathetically minuscule space. I only wish I could do the same with Facebook and YouTube.

Is it safe to remove the Facebook app without causing issues? It seems like the app is firmly embedded in the system. (Same goes for YouTube.)
