Why does what work? we were saying backups from that recovery may not work in CMW. If you were referring to the mms fix is because CWM 3+ only doesnt edify format. Prior to CWM could do amend or edify. The xionia recovery or wtfe it is may do one or both I dunno. Anything I put out will be edify.

Now who was saying that GPS work fully when the didnt wipe after restoring to stock n flashing CM74OC? Could you dig thru data and see if ya see and thing useful. Also are you sure you didnt have network location enabled b4 and it got enabled when you didnt wipe?

That would be me who did the odd restore process. I don't know why it works but it did, not sure what data to look at. I did have network location on as well.

Also anyone reading this using Tom's recovery BACK UP on his recovery. It doesn't translate to to PlayfulGod's recovery.
No wipes should be done when you flash the kernel. Just flash it. Turn off signature verifications tho.

I was talking about the overclock kernel. I have no problems with it unless I try to push the CPU too far, then it reboots.

    I don't think GPS does.
    Bluetooth does work.
Nice not having to flash gapps, so thanks for that.

Ok i'm gonna flash the new build in a bit. One quick question, did mms get built from src for this build, or is it still using the fix?
