Receiving error message when phone starts up

I'm receiving an error every time my phone starts up. It says

"the application com.android.LGSetupWizard (process com.android.LGSetupWizard) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

It gives me the button to force close it. But the message keeps popping up.

My phone is rooted, and has been working just fine, until this morning. My contacts were deleted and I had no service. Yet I haven't touched anything since I rooted it. I have not tried to install a Rom. I have also tried holding down the Volume Down, Home and Power button to factory reset it. I do get the factory reset screen as it starts up (after the LG logo) and it says its clearing the cache, date, etc and it restarts. But I just get that same message again.

Any ideas on what to do now?

    So you did reset it?

Did you delete anything you shouldn't have? What I would do is try to install custom recovery and flash the stock rom.

-- After my contacts were deleted and I had no service, I then tried that recovery method (home + volume down + power). It ran, reset, then I got that screen when the phone started up.

I never deleted anything in the root folder. Not that I'm aware of, but something had to of gone wrong or missing. And Ok. I've searched through on how to install a custom recovery and flash the stock rom. This is what I found: http://www.cricketusers.com/cricket-....html#post6690 - Would this do the trick? I can't access anything in my phone, because the error message that pops up.
