    click customer support then recovery phone then let it do the rest follow the onscreen instrutions

    you need the drivers installed for this phone so yeah.

    What am I doin wrong? It keep saying problem with communication between cell phone and pc

    you need the lg drivers from which you can install inside the prgram

    i have installed drivers. it gets to 30% and wants me to restart

    Make sure you have adb installed you may need to put the phone in download mode theres a button command but i only used it once all my otber bricks were solved by nandroids Power-vol up-search))
    To factory reset power vol down home
    Do trial and error oh you must have it pluged in to so insted of pressing power just plig it in and try when i get home i will look at my notes to acess that partition

    I'm also having the same issue. Gets to 30% then nothing. I can only get into fastboot mode by the way. Looking forward to any help. thanks!

    1. Ok try this way connect phone to usb
    2. launch the lgst (lgSupportTool)
    3. click install usb driver
    4. choose leap wireless
    5. select lglw690
    6. let it install the drivers
    7. when done click customer support
    8. recovery phone
    thats should be the way
    another method
    is to hold power+vol down-home
