Flash (sprint) Sanyo Zio SCP-8600 to Cricket

My friend gave me this phone (Sprint Sanyo Zio SCP-8600) like new in box and I thought it would be good to give to my daughter as her 1st phone. I would like to flash it to cricket and put it on the 45 dollar plan. I know it can be flashed, I just dont know where to begin. I have the tools like CDMA Workshop and QPST. I have flashed HTC EVO 4G, HTC EVO Shift and HTC EVO 3D (thanks to this community and Chris) so I know a little about flashing. If someone can point me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    D3M0
