    Question 3G to 4G

Commercials around town claim Cricket's on 4G. My celly still says 3G and mobile web doesn't run any faster, so how can it attain the ability to use 4G? I'm still running factory stock OS from since it was 1st released. Is 4G full of farts or is there a trick to it?

You have to have a 4G device from Cricket to have 4G. They are probably just getting the hype started up in that area about the 4G.

Tuscon is the test market for 4g so thats why your seeing this stuff. currently though it's just 4G broadband.. There are no 4g phones yet, and NO EXISTING cricket phone will ever become a 4g phone. Anyone who tells you differently is a liar or a moron. Please feel free to direct them to me if they want to dispute that.

So I have an additional question Woof. I am in the Denver market and thought about getting a Mercury which is advertised as 3g. Would I be better off waiting a few months and getting a 4g phone when thay come out? Basically I am asking when 4g will be available in the Denver market on phones?
