Out of curiosity, what is the performance difference between ICS and Gingerbread? Can you even tell a difference. I at least hope it has better memory management. :-)

To install it I just downloaded the Alpha*.zip, the Google Apps zip, and the LCD fix zip. I placed them under the Internal SD Card (more space in my phone). I then went into the Clockwork Recovery menu and reset phone (wiped /Data etc...). Then I went under Install Zip from SD Card, and found the zips under the Internal SD Card option. I installed them in the respective order I listed above and began to test it out. For some reason I get com.android.phone is not loading so I can't get much testing to happen on my particular device. I tried the Unroot method after that happened and restarted the process and still reach this point with the same error. Hope this helps you and others troubleshoot this.

I agree that it should be outside of the matter of being "rooted" with a certain program or not, since after doing the tutorial you posted (the unroot debrick), and being returned to 99.9% factory files, I still ended up with the same ultimate result on my device (without rerooting again either). So I feel you on that one. I am not sure if it is a certain problem that is universal yet, and it may have something to do with completely unrelated items.
