    How?

Did you have ICS and then back to gb? How? I did the ICS and I can't access the boot partition. Download mode will not work or the drive is not visible.

This has more pro's then con's so I will keep it on until the con's outweigh the pro's.
My ICS runs great, supercharged and 3g turbocharged with few other kernels. I started with a clean rom and started tweaking with it including adding, modding, and removing unnecessary apk's. After all was done, I backed up all data with all aps with ROM manager pro. I then dload from fresh and restore all my data by logging in and install apps and settings back in. I then ran sc scripts and now it's flying fast.

    Same here

Same here. Phone disconnects then no service. Then goes back online when it feels like it.

Seems like this ics is packed full of bugs.....I'm going to wait until either PG has had my "dog" for a while or the official update is released. I wrote in a note to PlayfulGod that he has the phone for a couple months now that i procured one for my wife, instead of the "rushrush" 3 weeks maximum I originally pm'd him with. Then it's off to Oriax123, for a couple months. I don't expect this phone back until around February...it's all good people! Love this type of stuff! Hopefully we can get many things done here now. I may be picking up yet another Merc in a week or two, as I have started to gain a little notoriety in Denver as, "that dude that only buys Mercs." lol, i think it's funny, but hell, these dang Mercs are starting to come out of the woodworks to me at the rate of one or two every couple days, at about $100-150 a pop! It's stupid really.......i got people i don't even know that say they got my number from a friend that said i buy Mercs, regardless of condition. WTF?! Regardless of condition? Hell no! Must be in decent condition...and flash-able, at minimum! Yesterday,i had a guy all me off I wanted a lot off 8 Mercs at, get this, $285/ea. Really? Now I'm a business man of sorts, so at least i know a good deal when i see it. Even a 17 year old kid could see that's a deal that'll end you up in D.O.C. for at least a few months! Not to mention horrifically overpriced for that many "brand new, in the box" phones! Guy wanted to meet at Johnson's Corner, half easy between Denver and Ft.Collins, in the middle of no where! No way! So, apparently, if you want a Merc, there are sh1t tons of them in Colorado.....let me know, I'm sure I can find you one! I guesses you should probably pm me.....would be best! To the moderators.......this is not a sales pitch. It's just something very stranger i tripped across, that could get Mercs into the right hands EVERYWHERE! Sorry, now I'm babbling. lol!

I did have to re-install ICS again. I installed the beats audio for root from the market and for some reason my phone just wasn't acting right after. After the re-install, seems like my phone was back on track, even better really. I still haven't had any issues with data either. I just wish I could get rid of a lot of the bloatware. As of right now, that is my only complaint.

I thought the same thing. But give it a few minutes or a reboot and they'll be right back in there.

I used Titanium back-up and just froze a lot of the apps I don't use. That seems to have helped out. The I was able to delete through the phone itself. Just hit the Icon that to me looks like a crayon, hit the x on the icon (Asphalt 5 and Golf) and at first it uninstalls the update if you downloaded it. Do the same thing all over and this time it will uninstall. I wasn't so lucky with the other apps that allowed me to do this, just uninstalls the updates. Titanium back-up wasn't able to either, but it did freeze and disable the apps I didn't want running. I havent supercharged anything. Haven't really needed to, the phone runs awesome. You know what they say, "if it isn't broke, don't fix it."

I was able to remove all but one app, google books. This one keeps coming back, and after that one patch it 0.00 kb in size and isn't running, I froze the app via ROM Manager Pro and still no problems.

You can use ROM manager to disable apps? Lol and why? You can go to app settings and disable the app in there
