Kinda gotta be careful with what you delete some apps are not vital for the android operating system to function and some are. If your not so sure about what to get rid of you could always use antek app manager which will allow you to " freeze " apps which wont delete them but stop them from running and remove them from your app list. If one of those apps make the phone not operate properly, you can then " defrost them " thus restoring them to your app list. An example of what is ok to delete would be " bloat ware" that is commonly found ( i.e. games weather clock etc.) However programs like android operating system, google messaging, pico tts are required for the phone to operate properly for text messages and map location and so on . What I usually do is freeze a app that Im not sure about and then see what functions if any I have lost on the phone, if no functions are lost then I just leave it frozen, but if it stops the phone from performing the required tasks then I just unfreeze the app.

I've been using Titanium to backup and restore my phone, which is pain in the ass when it's a factory reset etc, if used CWM to backup would it backup everything including Apps and setting etc? That would be Soooo much easier...why do I get the feeling a face palm is coming.

Yes I do thank all the smarter than me people on this forum (pretty much everyone.) I came from the Zio so it's great to have all these options without being tethered to a pc. I love having an onboard CM recovery (thanks Salas!) So I can try out all the great stuff y'all come up with
