So, I followed all the instructions step by step. Install CWM, root with Fastroot, and update Superuser. I then installed, messed with, and quickly uninstalled SetCPU. Then, I followed the CarrierIQ removal steps. Now, my phone is stuck in a "boot loop". I say that with quotes because it is booting up, allowing me to use the phone for about 15 seconds, and then rebooting. However, after the first boot, it's not unmounting the SD card. What could be causing this and/or what are some steps I can take to attempt a fix?

The steps are as easy as it gets. Install cwm using the link to the guide on top. Download my fast root either phone or computer. (best to phone). Reboot into recovery (should of said how to in the cwm guide by having the phone off. Hold volume up & "home" and power until it vibrates then let go.) then go to install from zip. Choose the zip you downloaded earlier. Install. Reboot. Done.

Doing the carrier fix I'm assuming caused the boot loop.

What do you think my options are at this point? I was an idiot and didn't backup before I did this.

Edit: Wipe data/Factory reset through CWM? If so, should I wipe cache and stuff before rebooting to factory?

You can wipe data and if that doesn't work you can try installing a rom.
