    I called this 6 months ago... Cause my merc drops 3g like nobodies business... Lol I always thought it was a hardware issue.

    I feel like this is some kind of scam. After holding all of that time, a woman asks me my phone number and how to spell my first and last name. Doesn't sound official whatsoever. Tells me to hold. She comes back less than a minute later and says "there is an error with my system, I will try and give you a call back." I tell her okay, and then she says thanks for using cricket and hangs up

    Got through to someone a few minutes after taking this picture lol, Anyhow they're replacing the phone for free all she said was there is a software issue with the phone that might cause issues down the road, they told me i can pickup my new mercury in 2 to 3 business days at a cricket dealer nearby.

    Soooo basically there replacing all mercury phones if you can just pick it up at a dealer in a few days... Sounds like they are trying to avoid some serious media on this one.

    It seems everytime I try switching things around it ends up slowing the phone down or causing some other side effects, I settled with Go Launcher EX on latest stock firmware (rooted).

    They asked my zipcode & phone number and knew who I was after that, they're sending me to a specific cricket dealer based on my address (basically she found the closest dealer).
