Post Tutorial Installing Dictionary List for ICS

I've compiled a dictionary list for Android and other IOS's
The ICS ROM doesn't include a dictionary, so I made one.

Step 1: Download zipped dictionary list
    Dictionary List Link

and extract it to your SD-Card. Folder contains letters A trough Z.txt, other words are named text.txt

"You may download full List at 6.2 MB, although our Mercury can't handle this large file all at once. So I made alphabetical lists from A-Z and other words."
    Download Full List Here

Step 2: Download Dictionary List Manager -
    Play Store Link

Step 3: Export your current list

    Step 4: Delete stored list

    Step 5: Import

Step 6a: Select external - TXT file

    Step 6b: Type/Edit sdcard/dictionary list/"letter".txt

Step 7: Hit Next and Start, this will read all words and start to import all words. Process will take between 5-15 minutes or more depending on your device speeds. Don't do any background activities, or it will crash due to heavy processor run time.

When completed, hit OK and hit back button, and goto Step 6b

You may try importing entire word list, but it will take forever and 99% will crash on Mercury or any other slower device.

If someone can make a script file, that will be awesome.Send me a PM with link and will edit.

Make sure you extracted your Dictionary List into root of an SD-Card, also you have to edit text /sdcard/WORDS.txt to sdcard/DICTIONARY LIST/A.txt and so on by replacing letter before.txt It's kinda painful as of right now I have no other way of importing the list.

Or you can extract Dictionary List texts directly to the root of your sd-card and simply have /SDCARD/A.txt and keep replacing letters B.txt, C.txt

doesn't have to be in uppercase.

There's already one at XDA Website. I'll find the link and post it here. All yu have to do is go to the system folder delete the Latin IME and move those into it. It works pretty well.

After replacing latinlme apk's, I started to have keyboard FC's and phone started to slow down. I backed up all the apps with data w/RT and went to factory reset. I didn't do that on my other Mercury, and ended up bricking it. Anyways, I got a boot loop after first boot initial login, skipped sign in and got a FC something. There was a status bar, I could pull it down and see time and hardware actions for wifi, bt, etc... I took out the battery and replaced it. It started and started to boot loop. F***, AGAIN. I loaded dload1 then dload2 and all good after 6 minutes. Back in GB, now heading back again to ICS. That shit won't work very well with ICS, so my was is the best way so far. Unless there is a way to manually edit dictionary file and add my dictionary, it had 12K more lines than these apk's. No problems with APK's in GB, just with ICS I think.Be carefull installing them into ICS ROM.

Dunno, just tweaked the shit out of it, last thing I have changed was Auto Correct Dictionary Fix for ICS from XDA and had keyboard FC's later

Also, don't do factory reset, or you might have slight chance in bricking your device. Do a complete restore to GB then back to ICS for factory reset, it's safer this way.

Eh, I already messed my Merc up. haha. I did this a couple of times without any difficutly tho. I did factory reset and deleted apps and a lot of stuff, now Im back on GB and I cant do calls or text, but I messed up by deleting stuff in the .cust_backup folder. Not because of this.
