    File needed

hey folks, had a bit of a mishap while tweaking my phone and I'm stuck on a bootloop. Long story short I've managed to delete my nandroid backup and can't recovery the needed file. If anyone could post a link for the merc's stock framework-res.apk you would save my life. Thanks!

You"re amazing! I'm working diligently on other solutions, but nothing has worked thus far. Guess this file is specific to each individual phone model because I've pushed a few onto the phone to no avail. Currently downloading the ICS rom for the phone to pull the .apk but I'm about 95% sure it won't solve my issue. I'll def be letting you know.

Maybe help but if you have the cwm recovery you could get into that then wipe data and hope it starts up. Just a thought though since i dont own one.

i cleared everything with clock work recovery and i blue screen my phone then transfered every single file to my bricked phone from my brand new phone there is only 2 files that would not copy but i doubt those files are stoping it but could be... my next attempt is to put clock work recovery on my new phone and make a back up and put clock recovery on my bricked phone and refresh it like that way but it is super risky ...
