So let me get this correct....

    I have downloaded the ICS_UPDATE.RAR

I have extracted the files into a seperate folder called "dload"

Now inside of that folder is supposed to be another folder called "dload" as well???

Then "2nd" dload folder is supposed to contain the UPDATE.APP????

    OR.....

Should both of these folders be in the RAR download and I only need to place the "dload" sub-folder in the root directory??

    Please clarify

Someone said earlier to put on root of SD Card and go to the pink screen, while others are saying to a Update Via SD Card. Which method??

On the root of your SD card there should be a folder named dload, and inside it there should be the update.app

Dload folder unzipped with the UPDATE.APP in root of SD Card...
    ...Then...

...Three ways that I know to update:

    1. Settings>Storage>Update via SD Card
    2. Turn phone off, then press Vol Down+Vol up+Power.
    3. PST Tool. With this yu can either boot it into pink mode then connect to computer or just connect to computer and the PST Tool will take yu to pink mode automatically.

I have tried Method 1&2 neither have worked so far....

    I do not know why...

I have tried the method without the computer as well by using zArchiver.... I am still awaiting results of this method... I am close to saying fuck it! I have never had this many problems with a fucking ROM. People on here seem incapable of telling you the correct method's in which these process's need to be done... I'm just really getting tired of ignorant people trying to explain thing's to me.....

I have not flashed Oriax's stock ROM and using another SD Card hopefully this works...

    SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMFG~~!!! Finally!!!!!!!!! OK FOR EVERYONE THAT IS WONDERING WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON.... I HAVE THE SOLUTION

IN ORDER FOR THIS TO WORK YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ORIAX'S STOCK ROM.... FLASH IT USING CWM... AFTER DOING SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE BY GOING TO SYSTEM SETTINGS > STORAGE > UPGRADE VIA SD CARD.....

This was my problem I hope this helps people in the future because this was really pissing me off... Thanks to all the people that were assisting me =)
