    Huawei Mercury (audio missing?)

Well, When I record a video with my phone the audio can be heard on the phone. But when I download it to my computer it always tells me "Network is to busy to play file at original format" and the audio is always missing? I tried turning on and off windows media player, but the problem was no resolved.

    help would be appreciated.
