Mercury has reset on me both times I have disconnected Aux audio cable from car.....

I hope this doesn't keep happening. come to think of it, that didn't happen yesterday, but the phone was still not activated. I got it activated this morning and that's when the issue started 2/2 times i unplugged just the car aux audio cable from the headphone jack... The phone wasn't plugged into the charger at all.

My phone resets as well. I have almost a full battery and it still turns off. I don't understand why. I just got this phone on Friday. Should I take it into a corp store?

this is a natural problem. mines does it all the time. i unplug from stereo first then the phone. and when plugging in, i plug in phone first THEN to the car. this is one way it wont reboot.

Odd I haven't had this happen yet I always unplug AUX cable from my Mercury and leave the wire connected on stereo side, I don't really have an option since the aux output is located behind the unit.
