    I knew the development support would be short ended on this phone. Its still the best phone cricket sells.. Even if you include i phone in the mix. They will release the source for this when sales drop way off. Then development will spur and they will sell a few more units . Not sure of this is a tactic most likely not . but it seems to happen on many devices. Its like looking at some of the Tablets out there . Acer leaked a unlocked boot loader (so called accident) and now the tablet is totally open and flash able. My boot loader is now NON ACER TOTALLY AOSP ROM and kernel..
    Anyway GOOD LUCK GUYS On getting this from huawei and i do agree they should give it .. and UPSET WITH any company who do not comply with gpl. I like my mercury and will not replace it just for this. but will think twice about another huawei device. .

    You can try asking on the FB page for it. I know they see it, I have asked questions about the release of ICS for the mercury before and they ahe replied.

    Got a polite F-Off letter from Huawei today. At least someone looked at the email.
