    Yeah, it seemed to run well for me too, and I really liked the look and feel of ICS. It's just that installing it disabled my phone services. -.- Still waiting to hear back from Cricket on that one.

    D/L'd the "dload" file and have placed the folder in the ROOT directory of my SD card.
    I go to System Setting> Storage >Software Upgrade>Upgrade Via SD Card.

    After proceeding through the UI, and clicking "Confirm" the phone just reboots as normal and nothing happen's after that.

    PS- My phone is currently running Android Version 2.3.6, has CWM Recovery and Rooted using Oriax's FastRoot method.

    Any idea's on what I should be doing differently so I can apply the upgrade correctly?

    TRIED Via SD Card:

    APPLYING UPGRADE WHILE ROOTED/ ON CWM RECOVERY
    RESULT= FAIL

    APPLYING UPGRADE WHILE UN-ROOTED/ ON CWM RECOVERY
    RESULT= FAIL

    APPLYING UPGRADE ON STOCK RECOVERY
    RESULT= FAIL

    What the hell am I missing here??

    You have to have the UPDATE.APP on the root of your sd card not the whole folder. Try it with that on the sd card

    "The upgrade package is not detected. Confirm the upgrade package, and then perform the upgrade"

    I don't think I put it in the root....I just put the ICS update.app, that was in the dload folder, right on my main sd card directory...along with everything else....the J drive in windows explorer, I think it was... I was rooted and had the cwm recovery installed as well....obtw it's running semi-good on my merc....It can stutter a little and I'm flirting with low memory in ram but...I've unistalled about everything that was bloatware...except for a few...ie google+ and the stock browser which are next on the chopping block..and I'm running NOVA Launcher which is hurting me a little...

    It's a little confusing...I thought there was a little small drive sector above the main partition that had the adb drivers and some other stuff on the sd card and the os creates that other little partition for Muve.....

    obtw....can your remove/delete the Muve app/apk safely without incident?

    The ROOT is the main partition meaning not "Sub folders"
