    Small lag on ICS.

Is anyone else experiencing this at times?

yes it comes and goes.. make sure that useless security app is not running. KEEP Widgets to a minimum as well as desktop icons. helps... its like it needs to be woke up the first touch then it goes ok...

might be a cpu governor ..hopefully we will get kernel soon so we can tweak it.. But if they did this to save battery i dont mind ..

I was running over 10 apps simultaniously and it started to lag, I was installing new appls and running opera mini. Rebooted phone and no problems. Also on icons, stack one on to of each other and you can stick each set of icons in a neat folder on your desktop's

I deleted something like 25 apps after I was able to root. I made a list of everything and I'll post it after I'm off work. I was having horrible lag problems, but I deleted the 2d launcher and replaced it with Apex and a stock launcher I found on (I think) XDA. Like I said though, when I'm off work I'll post the list after work.
