Thanks I just installed this, No more annoying Muve music jingle during bootup.

---------- Post added at 12:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:34 PM ----------

Wow, What is it with the Mercury and MMS? I was unable to run the previous Muve update because it broke MMS sending and I just realized its happening with this latest stock backup as well?

I literally can't send any MMS messages with or without Wifi enabled It just gets stuck on "Sending...." Normal texts are fine.

Looks like i'll be going back to Revokster after all.

Well I did a factory reset and so far MMS is working now.

It's also worth noting 3G is a little more responsive with this latest update.

Ok, here's my list sofar.. I backed up and uninstalled through TiBu..

    All backup
Both games (asphalt and lets golf)
Cricketshortcut.apk (through root explorer in system/app)
    Email
    Books
    Play TV/movies
    Sns
    Traffic manager
    My backup
    My calendar
    My richpad
    News and weather
    Richpad

    Haven't removed yet.

My uploads (not sure if this kills uploading).

I think that's all that can be safely removed.

I removed all those. Not my uploads because I'm also wondering what its for. Delete the games too. Asphalt lets golf etc. also ONLY in root explorer or a root explorer can you delete cricketshortcut.apk which is a app on your phone that does nothing really. Its a green logo if i remember correctly.

Ok, got rid of cricketshortcut.apk. I think that's all that can be safely removed. I will try and see what else can be removed. Not sure about My Uploads. The file name is Mediauploader.apk. So I'm thinking its the main uploading apk. Not sure. Google comes in handy..

Ok. Here's a list of Google apps required for market to work.

    GenieWidget.apk GoogleBackupTransport.apk GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk GoogleContactsSyncAdapter.apk GoogleFeedback.apk GooglePartnerSetup.apk GoogleServicesFramework.apk MarketUpdater.apk
    MediaUploader.apk NetworkLocation.apk OneTimeInitializer.apk
    Vending.apk

    Don't remove any of these.

I found this while trying to find out what the Mediauploader.apk was for.

There was a something on one of the old Zio threads about mediauploader.apk being mainly for YouTube uploads. I have it deleted on my zio and have no market problems. My merc has plenty of space so I left it on but if you don't upload videos it should be ok to get rid of. Freeze it first to see if you have issues.

    Ugh.

Had first reboot since installing this backup.

Hopefully just because of some Bluetooth stuff and won't become a regular thing.
