    Widgets disappearing on Shutdown

Every time I shut down my Mercury it seems that one or more widgets go missing from one of my homescreens. I then have to go back and put them back on. Is anyone else having a similar problem or does anyone know what to do (besides not shutting it down) to keep this from happening? Thanks in advance.

I have the same thing happening. I am rooted and tried to change the permissions on the appwidget.xml. Also tried to move the launcher to the /system/data and that didn't work either. Not sure what is going on.

I'm also having this problem. I rooted my Mercury, really only for Titanium Backup. Nothing else changed on the phone. I'm still using the stock Huawei launcher, and stock apps. None of the apps are on the SD Card. Yet, anytime I reboot, I lose my widgets and have to re-place them. Any clue what's going on here?

Just a guess, as I had this issue until I did this:

Go to Settings, then Applications, and UNCHECK the Fast Boot option.

    You should be fine now.

I've had this problem and have never had fast boot enabled...I was considering resetting to factory; but stopped short of that! I've had home screens mysteriously added and all my widgets have disappered

Factory resetting does not help. I have tried it. Individually installing apps and then rebooting. It doesn't seem to care what apps or widgets are installed, it just happens.
