    It will always be remembered.

I think its time we let this sleeping giant get its peaceful sleep, it has been poked, turned inside out, various phones have been bricked in the attempt to squeeze all the juice it has, but for now, let's just leave it resting. Keep your phone stock, if upgrading, don't downgrade. Read all the bugs it has and the multiple bugs it has and the problems encounter. Maybe in the future there will be better development or easier things to mess with. Best cheap phone cricket has had for now. <3 <3

Why give up on it when we're finally getting new quality stuff released? We got PG's kernel, plus I'm pretty sure PG is still working on CM for the Merc, and we just got TheTrooperROM to hold us off until something better comes...

    I'm with ya T.K.G...
And what's up with the haters saying "give up"? I bet it's the ppl who don't have the Merc saying that.
PG's gonna put together some more quality sh!t for us...I can feel it!
I do feel for ya though JP! No matter how much you tried you just couldn't get your Merc to come back to life, huh?

Gave my girl my Merc, still use it from time to time. Don't get me wrong I like the Merc, but with the lack of development from Huwaei and Cricket, I just had to move on.

Hey I actually managed to make a backup of the ICS demo. Not too long ago I took the system files and flashed them through CWM, and it runs perfectly without memory issues. The only problem was that since I don't know how to make update scripts for zip files, I used the update script from the CM9 zip. I will upload it tomorrow if anyone wants it. It is a backup of the ICS demo once again, nothing special but it runs good.

I'm confused?!? How is it different from using the ICS "demo" we got before? or is it? ICS ran pretty good for me, but I DID have memory management issues.:/ Like on GB I have around 100-130 mb ram free, but with ICS...sh!t, I don't think there ever was a mb free. Does the way you flashed it w/cm9 solve that? -=hopin=-
