    Account Locked?

    Hmmm... so I have this old phone, (2 years), order online a new one (CAPTRII), and that took a week, which blows away the "overnight shipping theory", and now that I have it, I can't transfer the the account from the old phone to the new phone. Seems my account is "locked".

    WTF? Who locked my account out for any changes?

    Well after further review I find that the "web order" group doesn't know how to do their job. Seems they locked it and now has me on ignore.

    I filed a few complaints with some agencies and I believe that will get the attention of some Directors or JrVP's (which I'm sure it will), and also hopefully they (the Directors and higher) will fire everyone in the Web Order group and start over.

    I KNOW for a fact they can get better people who care, will do the job, and are presently looking for work.

    BUT .... That's really not why I'm on this forum.

    Here's the kicker. Because I'm so indespensible and available, I HAVE to call support back to get this resolved! I have to call? Excuse me? You locked it, not I.

    I have to call back? WRONG ANSWER!

    Cricket WILL call ME when THEY are FINISHED messing around and decide to do THEIR JOB!

    Thanks for posting. I know Cricket said visit a dealer, but I think at least 3 other people have been on the phone with Cricket on and off over and over again.

    By looking at the orders it seems that the team is suppose to document tracking numbers and then activate the phone when it gets there. It looks like some information on the orders are incomplete. Anyone else that looks at the account can't do anything to it because it is locked. They can't cancel the old order and place it on there because they weren't the ones that initiated it.

    Dealing with flashed phones is starting to look better and better everyday! Please let us know what happens because there are others just like yourself.
    Please check the forum and post there before PMing me. I have over 674 unread PMs due to the fact that they are issues which should have been addressed here.
