    Advice Needed

I'm looking for a good basic service of unlimited voice & text that is affordable...don't need any data. Verizon is just too costly. We are on Hilton Head Island. I need a good reliable phone for my business. Do you think I would be happy with cricket? I have read so many negative reviews I'm concerned. I've been happy with Verizon but just can't afford it anymore. Thanks for your help in advance..

You could try Next G Mobile if coverage is your concern, they use Verizon for service. You also have the Page Plus option as well.

Im baffled, if you have Verizon service then the carriers I mentioned would have service as well. You may not have a physical storefront near you that deals with either carrier but that shouldnt affect you being able to signup online.

Hey there, have you gone to mycricket.com, and typed in the area of where you are going in the service coverage area? I would recommend you do so, if you haven't already. And cricket has plans, for unlimited talking, and texting for $35 dollars a month. And if that isn't cheap enough for you, cricket also has ABP which is automatic bill pay. That is $5 off your monthly bill bringing that $35 dollar plan to around $30 + Tax.

My work on the CDMA Cricket S3 and S4 are now obsolete. Thanks for all the support when I was actively working on them!

I get down about Cricket sometimes, but all in all, they are a pretty "no hassle" kinda provider. If they have coverage in your area, then I would suggest going with them. There is no contract, to worry about, they have some halfway decent phones if you're into the Android stuff for decent prices, the rates are pretty much unbeatable. If you go with just a basic talk box, then 30 bucks a month is about as good as youre going to find anywhere. Ihave been with Cricket for 7 years now and really have little to complain about as far as service. Hope that helps.
