    Assistance needed

I currently use the cricket network and am thinking of purchasing a phone and have some questions

    1. I am looking at a Motorola V3C RAZR. It says Verizon on the phone but has cricket software installed. Another person bought this same phone from this seller thru Amazon and said the phone worked great but there was an issue with the ESN #. The purchaser had to call cricket a couple of times with the RESN # before the tech could activate the phone and finally they got it to work. It works fine but is this ESN# going to be an issue with cricket activating this phone?

2 people submitted reviews and they say the phone works great but this ESN# has me concerned.

ANY feedback on this? Am I getting into something I will be sorry for? I know nothing about cell phones but how to use them so ANY input would be great. What should I ask the seller before buying it?

Thanks in advance for your assistance

    Respectfully
    jman

The problem with the esn was probably a simple one. Maybe the seller didn't convert the MEID to an esn properly(has nothing to do with the phone)
