I'll need to use Bridgepay online and I clicked "Request Bridgepay" (at MyCricket). I'm reluctant to send the $17 because clicking the request just brings back the "account summary" with the "pay" button under the full amount due (on April 2nd) with nothing to indicate that I've chosen Bridgepay and nothing about getting a 7-day grace period if I were to send the $17. There's a link saying "Bridgepay Request" under the "pay" button, but it's ambiguous since that link does the same thing as the "Request Bridgepay" button, just showing the unchanged account summary.
I have about $18 total in the bank so I need to know if there's usually some kind of indication on the ("my account") page regarding a change in my billing.
