    Cricket Plan - terms meanings

Hello all. I was curious what the plan terms in red mean other than the obvious meaning in black? Also, before i switched phones i had a HTC Diamond & the phone was listed as "CPE-feature phone'. When i switched phones to a HTC Incredible, they named it as shown below. Does the phone naming have any bearing on plan ability? ....i think(?), the "Max Data Speed 3G" appeared once the HTC Incredible phone was switched over. Thanks.

I never really thought about any of that. What i do know is that CPE means Customer Provided Equipment

CPE is basic web, to get full html and 3G speeds you'll need to have it listed as a cricket phone like a M865 for example.

I would think most of those terms are just what Cricket's computer uses. Those who work at Cricket probably have them memorized. It's probably easier to say "The customer has 4FF on the account" instead of saying "The customer has voicemail, caller ID, call-waiting, and 3-way calling".

    That's just my guess.

    Right here!
    HTC Evo 3D

The items in red are called feature codes. They are the 3 digit codes that the older system used to decipher what is supposed to be on your account.
Yes the phone model has bearing on plan availability. Example: If it's set to CPE Android Phone, you'll have access to the android $55 plan. This trick doesnt work for the muve plans however.
I would say no the codes arent memorized by the reps. We knew what they were in relation to the feature but didnt refer to them. In the new system the feature codes dont even appear on the screen in an account.
Cpe Feature phone gets you basic web, Cpe Android gets 3g. CPE does mean customer provided equipment.
