Smile Cricket WIRELESS (not broadband) Data Speeds

What is the normal average data transfer speed that cricket estimates ? And what rate do you receive ?I've been receiving about 100 - 140kb/s in the past few days which seems shabby and much slower than it was a few months ago (I cant remember previous numbers)I was actually watching netflix on 3G a few weeks ago with no buffering issues or anything...Now I cant even get the first 3 seconds of a video to play.

Is it possible you've used more than 1 GB of data?

it may be possible, but I dont do much downloading from the network at all. Plus I've heard that my account doesn't have a bandwidth cap since im on a legacy unlimited pay-go plan (dont know how true that is)

I've heard that there aren't caps on PAYGo, like you said, but I've also heard that the speeds are slower. I think they were closer to 500 kbps, not as slow as the speeds you're getting.

Somebody else might be able to reply to this thread with suggestions. Maybe you could try another PRL.

I am going to try another PRL right now, someone posted on the following thread a custom PRL:
    http://www.cricketusers.com/sprint-h...html#post30588

I also noticed that when I get to my job, I dont have internet connection ie 1X ... so hopefully this or another PRL will fix the issue. I will keep yall posted

So, ive switched PRLs a few times, and that seems to be the issue... but I can't find a PRL that will just work... depending on where I am at, certain PRLs dont work. I do not know anything about PRL creation but if I look into it, I will make an updated PRL with most of the combined resources from the PRLs on here
