We should add this option to the dealer feedback section or something. With all the ranting and raving, I'm surprised more people haven't posted there.

Sometimes I would pay extra just so I would not have to call Cricket. I hate Cricket customer service so F***ing much. I think there is a award for some company who have the worst Customer Services. I wish Cricket would get it

Sometimes when I call cricket with a problem I feel like if I was there I would be able to fix my own problem faster than they could. Plus half the time I can't even understand what they are saying...

I have to say in their defense, I have absolutely no problem understanding what they say or vice-versa, and many times they are able to remedy the issue, but like anything else it's not perfect and never will be, human beings can never attain perfection in anything.

EDIT: I do have a lot of experience speaking with people who don't speak English as their native language, and have many friends who are "foreigners". However there are so many people in the USA who have heavy accents now-a-days it kind of boggles my mind how people still have trouble understanding them. In my experience the folks with customer service don't even have a very thick accent.

Well also in their defense, many of their foreign customer service reps speak better English than a good chunk of Cricket customers which makes things even more sad.

I think they're pretty limited with options as are many people who just have access to Cricket's system (CID). All basic customer service reps have to read through flowcharts also. They aren't allowed to think outside the box in my opinion.

I haven't had many problems with Cricket's customer service. I can usually understand them just fine. I don't really like how they read from a script though. There was one time when I got a representative that didn't read off of a script the whole time. It was nice because we got to talk about some other things, such as the country she lives in. Of course, there is plenty of room for improvement. But, when you take a minute to think about it, there is with any company.

Thankfully I don't need to call customer service often. The next time I do I'll try to leave feedback.
