I would advise against it, are you looking to get away from TouchWiz?

Ok with any Cyanogen Rom all your doing is running core android with no overlay such as HTC Sense, Samsung TouchWiz etc., Cyanogen is core android and removes all of the Manufacturers overlays and also removes dialer codes as well, if you were good with ADB then you might trigger a DIAG through ADB Terminal Commands. In short Cyanogen is barebones, you could find other Bare ROMs to run, personally I dislike Cyanogen and their team they are rude and it removes too much for my taste, dont get me wrong though I hate bloatware but I do like HTC Sense, not a fan of TouchWiz but Nova Launcher is awesome and EX Launcher is kinda cool, Launcher Pro Rocks and it gives you a different feel when you install these launchers against what came shipped on the phone. Since you using a flashed phone stay away from Cyanogen it will be less headache for you.
